Manager – Business Development – Commercial & Industrial Unit

Location : Gurgaon

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Technical understanding about Solar PV technology and EPC process
Commercial acumen
Client Relationship Management

Experience :

10 to 12 years of experience into Sales & Business Development role in Solar Industry.

Manager – Structure Design Engineer

Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Design of Foundation complying to IS standards considering Geotech data
Understand and interpret the Geotech data to propose ideal/optimized foundation for MMS
Solar PV module mounting structure (MMS) conceptualization/design/fabrication drawing

Experience :

5 to 6 years of minimum experience into similar role. B.Tech or B.E (Mechanical or Civil) is mandatory.

Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager – Procurement

Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Proficient in SAP MM Modules.
Managing negotiations for better deals, problem solving skills and data analysis.

Experience :

Successful track record of 5 to 8 years in Procurement / Purchase / Sourcing / Materials Management in Solar or EPC Industry.

Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance

Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Monitoring cost of overall projects under execution, Actual Vs Budget.
Should have worked on SAP / ERP modules.

Experience :

Successful track record of 3 to 5 years in Cost Accounting and Budgeting. CA or CMA Qualification is mandatory.

Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales & Channel Development

Location : Lucknow, Aurangabad, Hyderabad, Patna, Indore, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh & Kolkata

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Develop & manage channel partners for residential solar & SME rooftop sector in the specified region to meet business targets.
Technical understanding about Solar PV technology and EPC process.

Experience :

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience into Sales & Marketing in Solar Industry.
